Teaching: I have been teaching students of all ages for 14 years in Arizona.  I teach drum set, hand drums, concert, marching and auxilary percussion, and just about anything you can hit, shake, tap, punch, scrape, rub, strike or in any other way physically manipulate to produce sounds.  I teach all styles of music from Marching, Latin, Afro-Cuban, Swing, Shuffle, Rock, Latin, Dance and Hip Hop through Jazz.  Using fundimental technique, rudiments, sight reading, timing, tuning, practicing, and utilizing skills in an open-ended curriculum, I allow the student to explore and develop his/her own style of playing.    I teach a methodolgy, how to train yourself to master control over your limbs and "play" them in different styles using those techniques at various tempos.  Anyone can achieve this with the right tools and practice to develop "muscle memory" To play patterns that can be strung together to create musical phrases. Performance Experience:  I spent 8 years performing hundreds of shows and recording several albums with a Pop-Rock band  Lightyear; the Warner Bros. Television band formerly known as Six Point Restraint.  Also played with Brownstar (Hard-Rock), Futurekind (Electronic), On the Fly (Studio session band),  ENVY (7-piece high-energy modern performance group) for thousands of people every weekend.  I played 143 shows in 2007.  Of course, I am always involved in other various side projects. Aaron has toured with Pink, Stroke 9 and shared stages with the likes of Smashmouth, Psychaelic Furrs, Air Supply, Peacemakers, and Gin Blossoms. Recording: I operate an audio/video recording/editing studio where I record material, often bringing in talent, and producing recordings.  Recently, I have started to contract recordings out of my studio via internet.  I have done some tracks with Artists whom I have never met face to face.  It is one of the many cool ways I can work with musicians and artists.
